When we speak about diet,the possible and must thing that we thinking are NOT EATING and EXERCISE AGGRESIVELY.....hahaha,what a silly thought!By doing that, despite getting the ideal body shape you want, you are getting FREE FAT WITHOUT NEEDED TO BUY IT...hahahaahaaa!Oh,sorry,I mean that you will only gain double of your weight before,believe me!!

Haha..don't worry, I found another way to diet healthy and...Do you wanna know?
First, you must eat more fibre and drink a lot water....believe me!It'll help you lost the weight easily.
Then, exercise regularly but not too heavy exercise ya!
For recipe to diet, well, I know a few..let me list it first below, if you want to follow, do it properly okay, I guarantee you'll get the ideal body you want slowly and very effective!
1st menu: Drink-Blend spinach and green apple together without sugar or maybe less if you cannot stand
the taste.Can also use caramel syrup.^^
Food-Steam or grill the fish with less salt or just go without salt..(can you do it??)
(what??only fish??can I just live with that???)..,you may think like that, right?Of course you
need to eat it with some vegetables and rice.
2nd menu: Squeeze 3 lemons and pour it into 2 litre of water. Then, add some spice into it...(weird right?,but
it is really effective!)
Try it first...but dun forget about exercises yeap!!^^
